Further to the initial roll out of Carers Health & Wellbeing Checks across eight GP practices in Plymouth, Roborough surgery being one of them, the Northern, Eastern and Western Devon Clinical Commissioning Group have put together a survey to try and identify hidden and isolated carers across the city.  They are hoping this will raise awareness to those who look after their loved ones and make them realise that they too are carers and are entitled to the support that is available to unpaid carers in Plymouth.
It would also help our practice to identify those carers who are unknown to us and possibly don't look after themselves as much as they look after those they care for.
We would appreciate it if you could take the time to complete the survey by clicking on the link below:

  • Taking a break

Caring for someone can be a full-time job, but it's essential that you take time out for yourself too. Read our guide to accessing breaks and respite.
